Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully the following:-

A deposit of 200.00 GBP is required immediately after your confirmation and then the balance of your prepayment eight weeks prior to your arrival.  Please pay directly into our bank account, the details of which will be  sent to you with the confirmation.

A security deposit of 150.00 GBP is also required which should be sent eight weeks prior to arrival. This can be paid together with the balance of the prepayment. This amount will be refunded in full by internet banking after departure subject to the cottage and its equipment being left in a clean and serviceable condition. Negligence causing loss or damage to the accommodation, equipment or environs, or any requirement for extra cleaning will be charged for against this bona fide payment.

In the event of your having to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances within eight weeks of your arrival date, we shall do our best to re-let the period you have reserved. Should we be successful we shall refund all monies paid, less an administration charge of 25.00 GBP, but if this is not the case all pre-payments will be retained. If you are in any doubt, you are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.

In the unlikely event that the accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be liable for compensation, but all payments to us will be refunded in full.

Accommodation is available after 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. Please notify us if you intend to arrive later than 6 p.m.
