Conditions of Holiday Letting

Please read carefully the following:-

A deposit of £100.00 is required immediately and then the balance of your prepayment six weeks prior to your arrival.  Cheques should be made payable to Henderson House.  Our address is End House, Stein, Waternish, Isle of Skye, IV55 8GA.

 A security deposit of £75.00 is also required which should be sent together with your final payment.  This will be refunded in full after departure, subject to the cottage and its equipment being left in a clean and serviceable condition.  Excess cleaning and all breakages will be charged for against this bona fide payment.

In the event of your having to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances within six weeks of your arrival date, we shall do our best to re-let the period you have reserved.  Should we be successful we shall refund all monies paid less an administration charge of £20.00, but if this is not the case all pre-payments will be retained.  If you are in any doubt, you are strongly advised to take out travel insurance.

In the very unlikely event of the accommodation becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be liable for compensation, but all monies will be refunded.

Accommodation is available after 3.00 p.m. on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.  Please notify us if you intend to arrive later than 6 p.m.
